Calling all talented Digital Designers and Developers

Formed in 2000, SOZO is an award-winning digital agency based in Cheltenham with 10 employees. We are looking for experienced, forward thinking web designers & developers who are passionate about improving the internet and creating cutting-edge websites.

Applicants must have at least 3 years commercial experience of designing or developing websites.

Skills required;

• Strong front end programming skills
• Advanced knowledge of HTML 5, CSS3 and mobile optimisation
• Knowledge of search engine optimisation
• Expertise at integrating front end code with a CMS
• Experience of building ecommerce websites and of Magento or other ecommerce platforms.

Personal Skills:

• Good standard of communication, both written and verbal
• Comfortable talking to clients
• Project management
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good time management
• Collaborate and works well within a close-knit team

You will be responsible for:

• Converting web designs into HTML/CSS
• Integrating front-end code with Wordpress or our bespoke CMS
• Building Magento ecommerce websites
• Optimising website code for search engines
• Occasionally building bespoke website functionality.

Not suitable for .net or .asp programmers.

Job Location: Cheltenham (Tivoli)
