Digital Project Manager for AI Solutions

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to manage our web and AI related projects.

SOZO is a B Corp digital growth agency for ecommerce and purpose-led brands, delivering sustainable growth through creativity and innovation.

We are looking for a Project Manager who relishes a challenge and is passionate about AI and new technology. Someone who is obsessive about the detail; achieving timings, sticking to budgets and managing the delivery of complex projects with a meticulous attention to detail.

You will be mainly responsible for overseeing the delivery of custom AI agents and automations for our clients and internal AI projects. You will manage your own set of clients and have autonomy to advise and direct their projects. We expect you to be proactive in advising our clients and helping to devise AI solutions to improve their business. 

Applicants must have at least 3-5 years commercial experience delivering relevant projects of various sizes and technical complexities across a range of market sectors.

You must be able to demonstrate how you have successfully delivered projects on time and on budget and demonstrate knowledge of AI.

This role will be hybrid, at work/remote, with a minimum two days based at our Cheltenham office (in Tivoli).

Your main responsibilities:

• Project management of Ai related projects – custom AI agents, AI automations, AI apps.
• Project management of web application projects
• Workshops with clients to assess their business processes and pain points,
  then coming up with solutions for applications or agents utilising AI
• Scoping and planning out your solutions into viable project plans using
  Agile methodology
• Achieving deadlines and milestones
• Monitoring timings vs budgets
• Managing client relationships, including regular communication, meetings, calls, and presentations
• Liaising with internal design, development and marketing teams
• Take an active part in and contribute to our team and evolving our services
• Share initiatives, best practices and results
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in AI
• Cross-selling of our services to your clients

Ideal candidate:

• Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills
• Ability to self-manage and keep track of multiple projects streams
• Confident communicator with excellent writing and speaking skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently 
• Experienced in client communications
• Personable and easy to work with
• Absolutely passionate about the internet and AI
• Ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
• Ideally familiar with Teamwork.com or similar project management software
• Experience of delivering web applications, software or AI solutions

Salary:

Up to £35,000 – 45,000 per annum, depending on experience and level. Plus pension scheme, bonus and generous holiday.
