Our client provides handpicked accommodation in Cheltenham for short, corporate or long-term stays. They asked us to design a new-look website that reflected the quality of their accommodation, with an easy-to-use property search and online booking function.

We created three distinct online customer experiences: for guests, corporate clients and owners. This instantly gives each user everything they need to know about the process of renting accommodation in Cheltenham.
A smarter way to search and book
We wanted to simplify the property search and online booking function for users. That meant assessing the key elements that are needed for a smoother customer experience.
We simplified this to 2 criteria: an initial property search button by number of bedrooms, with filters that could be added at a later stage. And an interactive map on the same web page as the search results, showing where each property is located.
