Digital Marketing

We build in SEO from the ground up and ensure you have a proper long-term SEO strategy in place to improve your rankings. Nowadays, it’s crucial to take a multi-channel approach to your marketing so we combine SEO with social advertising campaigns on Meta and Linkedin. Finally, once you have captured an enquiry it is then important to nurture that lead via intelligent email marketing.
  • At SOZO, we are extremely data-driven so will pour over your stats on a regular basis to spot opportunities or issues. We use advanced tracking tools to monitor your traffic, SEO and website performance. You will receive monthly reports detailing all of the statistics you require. Your marketing team will also meet regularly with you to talk you through the statistics, KPIs and explain in plain English what they mean for your business.
  • Yes. We think it’s really important to meet regularly with you to explain what we’re doing and understand the impact of our work. We meet quarterly, monthly or bi-weekly depending on your package.

  • Yes we will. Our service is a partnership with you so it’s really important your staff understand SEO and how to write in a Google friendly way for example. They also need to understand what we’re reporting back to them in terms of statistics and strategy.
  • Yes, we’re only human! We don’t do Photography, PR or TV advertising but do work with partner agencies for these services.

Ecommerce

  • We work with Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce. Our ecommerce experts will advise you on which is the most suitable platform for your needs. We can help you migrate from one platform to another. SOZO is a Shopify Partner Agency.
  • Firstly, we will analyse your website design and user statistics to fully assess your website and traffic. We then produce a full audit report which will highlight key areas for improvement. This typically focusses on critical touch points such as your product pages, category pages and the whole buying journey. Our teams will look at your site from different perspectives. Our Designers will consider your UX & UI, while our Developers will analyse page speed and technical issues. Finally, our content team will check your messaging and tone of voice. Often simple changes to your copy or web design can have a big impact to your conversion. With our 25 years of ecommerce experience we know which areas to focus on and prioritise.
  • Yes we have been designing ecommerce stores since the very early days of the internet. Over the past 25 years we have designed over 100 ecommerce stores. We have even setup and ran our own ecommerce store so we know first hand how to scale up online.
  • Absolutely! At SOZO, we don’t believe in using templates, so each design is bespoke to suit your unique requirements.

Web Design

  • For all our brochure websites we use Wordpress for the CMS backend. However, all of our front-end designs are custom. We have developed a more advanced way of using Wordpress which makes it easier for you to update and is also better for SEO and page speed.
  • Over the past 25 years we have designed over 100 brands and produced over 500 websites (including over 100 ecommerce stores).
  • Absolutely! At SOZO, we don’t believe in using templates, so each design is bespoke to suit your unique requirements.
  • Yes. We have fully integrated in-house teams who collaborate closely to deliver a really cohesive service. We have 3 core teams for Design, Development and Marketing. You will be assigned an Account Manager who will be your main point of contact and meet with you regularly to keep you updated.
