Warner's Budgens Supermarkets wanted an online loyalty scheme for their customers and website to promote their latest news and events.
We designed and built an online loyalty scheme called Taste Club which allows customers to login to get vouchers and view their transaction history. We update the website every month with new offers, recipes and news.
The client was anxious not to lose the 'local' feel so we incorporated sections such as food heroes, community news and local foods.
There is also an ecommerce section to the website which sells a select range of products.
The website gives the supermarket chain a contemporary online profile, and allows them to quickly promote product offers and news.
Taste Club has been a big success and has a very high level of user engagement. It helps our client gain valuable data and promote certain products or offers to a captive audience.
