A considerable technical challenge
This price comparison engine allowed users to get an instant online quote for medical insurance premiums from a range of leading providers including Bupa and Aviva.
The engine had to be powerful enough to calculate each provider’s unique formula for insurance premiums. As you can imagine, this presented a considerable technical challenge for our programming teams.
Our in-house team designed and built everything from scratch, including a completely bespoke database and a client admin area to manage the changes in premiums. We had to closely adhere to the GoCompare brand guidelines throughout the design.
Drawing on our extensive experience of building comparison websites, we continually refined the website to increase the conversion rate. Every aspect of the user journey was analysed and then optimised to improve the customer experience.
